Science

Second graders have been experimenting with light waves and color. In this lab, the students tested out different tools to help them bend white light and disperse it into all the colors of the visible spectrum (make rainbows!). Students also created color wheels and spun them fast enough to blend the colors and see white.

The class experimented with blowing bubbles and using them to create rainbows. The students then used a variety of random materials for the bubble wand engineering challenge.
