Seasonal soups like tomato, minestrone, lentil, or butternut squash with grilled cheese sandwiches
Wheat and gluten free pasta noodles with homemade marinara or pesto sauce, parmesan cheese and roasted veggies. Occasional specialty items like lasagna or mac and cheese
Rice, quinoa or rice noodles, baked tofu, seasonal veggies, and choice of sauces (soy, peanut, teriyaki).
Homemade Spanish rice and pinto beans on a tortilla with toppings such as fresh salsa, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and cabbage.
