It has been an exciting first month back with this wonderful group of students! In September, the fourth and fifth grade class focused on team building to develop our skills for working in lab groups, as well as how to use a variety of science tools to take measurements and record data. These skills will be the foundation of many labs to come!

Measurement Scavenger Hunt:

Students are hunting for items around the classroom and play structures that match given numbers of centimeters.

After their spaceship crashed on the moon, lab teams work together to rank their remaining supplies in order of importance to see if they can survive.
