Bee Observations

The students have been exploring the parts of a flower, and how flowers use their different parts to attract pollinators and create seeds for reproduction. In the garden, students observed bees as they pollinated some of the flowers.

Pollinator Engineering

Students discovered that different types of flowers attract different pollinators. After choosing a flower image, students designed and built a new species of pollinator that had the adaptations needed to pollinate the flower they chose.
