You Are So Much Fun  

It makes me smile 

every time I see your face,

All of your love and hugs 

will always be embraced,

When I am with you 

anything can be done,

so let me tell you out loud 

you are so much fun!

Caleb

My rescue dog Caleb

Really was a find

He certainly, most definitely is

One of a kind

Every time you get his harness

Caleb likes to bark

Cuz he knows perhaps he is going

To the park

Caleb really likes to run

Chasing squirrels he thinks is fun

In fact, Caleb’s favorite thing is

Running

The way he runs is really stunning

Caleb sleeps with me every night

Which helps to keep away the fright

Caleb loves to get super muddy

Which is one of the reasons he’s my

best buddy

 Dear Earth

Thank you for water, your fast-moving streams,

Your clear, crashing waterfalls, your calm little creeks.

Thank you for great lakes, water rippling in the breeze.

Thank you for oceans, your blue tumbling waves,

Your rough frothy whitecaps, your water-filled caves.

Thank you for fire, your bright dancing flames,

Your red glowing embers, your hot burning blaze.

Thank you for wind, your cool calming breeze,

Your harsh wild windstorms, gales blowing through trees.

Thank you for land, your rich earthy ground

Your dark hidden tunnels, treasure waiting to be found.

Thank you for home, your mystic domain

Your unique habitation, in which we remain.
