The Cats:  We are practicing the rhythmic patterns ta, ti ti rest using a the heart chart and stick notation on all of the tonal percussion instruments: the xylophones, metalophones and glockenspiels.  We are practicing songs that use the tones sol mi and la, such as Charlie Over the Water, and are preparing to learn mi re & do, using Sailor, Sailor.  We are going to brainstorm favorite rock and pop songs so we can sing and play our favorite three from our list.
