We have been continuing  our conversations by practicing in various ways with games in the whole group and then pairs.

Jan. 19th - We covered conversations again and talked about how important repetition is when learning a language. Then they colored their own “conversation flashcards” so they would each have a unique set to play matching games with and practice the questions and answers. They are looking forward to playing next week.

Jan. 26 and Feb. 2 - These past two weeks, they all had a very fun and productive time with their cards. They either matched individually or with a partner. I honestly couldn’t believe how focused and interested they were :). They were so excited when they got a match of a question with the answer, and always came to show me. This past week I let them take their envelopes with the cards home if they wished. I think over half of them decided to. Have you seen them?
