We were looking through the Halloween song book in our classroom to prepare for our Halloween party and found a song that had great words but no music!  The first line of the song is, “Creatures Creeping Through the Night.”  We discovered that major and minor scales elicit different emotions. Major; happy, excitement, joyous.  Minor; sad, eerie, frightful, foreboding.  Since there was no music to this song, we chose to have it be in a minor key which I then composed for our performance.
