The Hyper Turtles:  

We are practicing the rhythmic patterns ta, ti ti, tiri tiri, tiri ti, ti tiri and rest using the heart chart and stick notation with a variety of known songs. We have practiced on the melodic and percussive instruments and will continue this year.  I’m excited to add drum circles to the class! We are practicing songs that use the tones in the pentatonic scale, do, re, mi, sol and la, such as Great Big House in New Orleans and Circle Round the Zero.
